I don't think Pauline even meets the Bowser Jr./Waluigi level of importance so far as Mario characters go. She doesn't even have Assist Trophy potential--as Fry said, all she has ever done, period, is get kidnapped. Yea she doesn't meet to be an AT, since she's never fought. but she's a major character and one of the first three, plus Nintendo's first lady. I got to insist, she's more important than Waluigi (no offense) but he's just one of many spin offs charcter, and Pauline is one of the characters that helped Mario's backbone grow into what it is now. I just say she deserves recognition. A role, trophy, and a sticker.  Along with the koopalings, they would be cool bosses. |

She doesn't reserve recognition. She did nothing. She still does nothing. She always will do nothing. She did not 'help Mario's backbone grow into what is now. She isn't a major character. She isn't more important than Waluigi.
You are right on one thing - she doesn't need to be an AT. Or anything.

Sorry xman1 she is useless. Waluigi has a better role then her. She was basically the precursor to Peach, but even SHE has done stuff.

Er...calling Waluigi original is...difficult. It isn't when you limit the scope of his originality to 3 characters (Daisy Bowser Jr., and Himself) Daisy is the least original being a recolor of peach mostly. B.J. being the next just being a rescale of bowser. Then Waluigi who is a mix between Wario and Luigi; Like if they had a child. Waluigi is a touch more charming than Wario so I could see him quite well in a 007 rip-off. |

Pauline could be the Goldeen of the Assist Trophies. Better her than Duck Hunt Dog. And the dog can summon ducks for them to be shot down along with the fighters.

That would be totally lame. The dog laughs at you for no reason? That's not what he is known for. He is known for laughing at you because you lost. That would make sense if he reenacted Duck Hunt by sniffing the ground and jumping into the bushes in the background to make ducks appear. Anyone who gets shot would be KO'd so the dog comes out to laugh at them.

I wonder if Master Hand and his sibling will reappear either in Classic Mode or even Adventure Mode.
It's a common idea that, after Crazy Hand, there will be a "next step", which could happen to be a foot or a fully humanized boss who owns both Master Hand and Crazy Hand.
