I'll be honest, this is probobly the only place on the internet where stupid seggestions don't come out. But, I assum most of us have heard other characters people like to see. IOnes that are BS or you think are just lame.et's hear them. The characters you want to burn.

Well, I hate it when people keep on insisting that Ness will be in. He wasn't even planned for Melee...I mean he might be in...hmm...just tell us already Sakurai!!

I'm tired of people not knowing the difference between "your" and "you're."
The distinction is not mysterious. The apostrophe is the place where a letter was taken out, and two words were joined. They contracted and squished together, like a muscle. That's what a linguistic contraction is.

I'm tired of people wanting a Baby Mario and Luigi "Ice Climbers style" team.
Then you have the Simon Belmot guy from those Castlevania games, which not many
people seem to realise is made by Konami. They already have a Snake in the game. If they put SB in there would be an overbalance of 3rd party characters from Konami.
I'm also annoyed with people who I read ( on other forums) who want Final Fantasy characters like Cloud or Kingdom Hearts main character Sora. (I have not played the KH games, is that his name?) Why people want those two last characters? They can't get in the game because of the fact that "they did not start out on Nintendo systems."

Characters I do NOT want in Brawl.
Krystal: A hideous furry. Most people only want her in.... because they're VERY confused, but I don't like her character... and Starfox games haven't been very good since she's been around. I'd rather see Wolf.
Lip: No.
Waluigi: I think when people start thinking about who they want in brawl... they just list the entire Mario party gang just to be safe. Waluigi would make a fine assist trophy... but a lame character.
Daisy: Same deal for her.
Toad: This character just wouldn't work. No decent moves.... and the name says it all. "Toad". As in "He's a toadie. A lowly servant." He has no place in brawl. I don't care if he's part of "The big 8" the answer is still NO. He's Peach's counter. That was a good way to put Toad in the game. That's where he belongs. A sheild for Peach.
Those are the most commonly refered characters that I Don't want to see. Now as far as moronic suggestions go... Sora and Cloud top the list. Reason being, when people found out they were including 3rd party characters... the criminally insane Kingdom Hearts fans thought "Ooo boy! Now Smash Brothers can be my PERSONAL Kingdom Hearts fighting game" and they start making up movelists for Sora, Riku... and like... Donald and Goofy and stupid stuff like that. Oh. And I guess Cloud was in the GBA game too... so THAT makes him eligable. Yeah... a cameo in a portable sequel to a PS2 series... yeah THAT is all it takes to make the cut.
Kingdom Hearts fans are stupid. Sure, Sora and his incredibly lame companions were on a Nintendo system... but the series is PS2. Not only that... the series is ALREADY a crossover. Between Disney and Square. Which is... THE STUPIDEST CROSSOVER OF ALL TIME.... but that's beside the point. Forget it. You want a Kindgom Hearts fighting game so bad? Go make one yourself with Mugen. And be sure to add Winnie the Pooh and the little mermaid as hidden bosses with fatalities.
Also... Sonic characters that aren't sonic. Reason? Sonic fans are even stupider than Kingdom Hearts fans. So they want (ANOTHER) Sonic fighting game.... and think Smash Brothers is their ticket. Sonic in Smash would be cool... but Tails Knuckles Shadow Amy Eggman and whatever.... DO NOT DESERVE to be in brawl. It just doesn't make sense to add 3rd party SIDEKICKS.
And finally.... I hate suggestions for lame attempts at comedy. Chuck Norris, Bill Cosby... yeah... these internet memes can go burn for all I care. Wasn't funny the first time... sure as hell isn't funny the 1000th time.

I take it you've never played the game and are like "Disney is for babyz!!11!!! LAWLZ!!!1!!1 You hate KH fans? I hate people who never give something a chance and hate on it and its fans, only because you think its stupid. I agree with you on Cloud, but mainly because I have never played Final Fantasy VII. If I had though, I would be able to tell if he'd be a good character or not. |

I happen to like the memes myself. They're funny and they have in no way inconvenienced my existence. I mean sure, the Paint Pixel did cause eye cancer. But it was worth it!

I liked Kingdom Hearts, but both the sequels pretty much killed everything I felt the first game stood for.
PS: Pooh rocks. All of Disney rocks. Especially Aladdin and Pinocchio.

I didn't mind Kingdom Hearts' gameplay. It was actually not too shabby. But what bothered me was the convoluted storyline that Square left that way to try and pass it off as "artsy" and "emotional." Gimme a break... And then they had to pick the crappiest characters to cameo, and pass them off as part of the universe as well. Oy. I think Kingdom Hearts would've been better if they scratched either Disney of Square characters, and only kept one or the other.
Anyways, on that same vein, I'm not a fan of people suggesting ridiculous ideas like a Kingdom Hearts fighter, DBZ stage, James Bond as a character, etc. Some people seriously believe this will happen, and it frightens me. One of my friends was convinced that the characters revealed in the original trailer back in E3 06 were the only fighters in the game, and then when the game was close to release they would reveal that Sonic was indeed in the game alongside the entire Sonic cast, giving a roster of like.. 30 fighters, mostly Sonic. He still swears that his theory stands today, and that the addition of more fighters doesn't make a dent in it.
Sonic is enough. Once you start suggesting Tails and Knuckles, I get a little weary. And then when you bring in Amy, SHADOW, and Rouge I get upset. And then we you're convinced they're going to add Espio and Nack the Weasel... I start smashing stuff.

BUT saying you hate a fan of a game is such a broad statement. You could say that you hate the geeky "OMG Cloud is so hawt!!1! I hope he will marry me!!!" fans. I am a fan of KH because it is an excellent game, and that is also my opinion. I'm also a fan of Sonic because I've been playing his games from the beginning (not so much the new ones though). Also, yeah, I'm tired of people suggesting James Bond. |

I don't see what's wrong with it. I hate Sonic fans. I am one, but I hate them. They're whiny indecisive idiots.
Of course, that doesn't mean all Sonic fans are like that. Just the majority of them.
