Stomping and using a tennis racquet? Lame and boring, as expected from Waluigi. That character doesn't have any charisma or distinctive features.

W00t 10 I like Waluigi he could've been playable but then again nothing really says he needs to be. They still need to make a Waluigi FPS though.

He needs a major role in Mario & Luigi 3: Wario & Waluigi. It can be like the previous two installments, except you have two full sets of Bros., each with their own unique abilities. Then halfway through the game they'd all meet up and form a quartet with even more wacky maneuvers. AlphaDream needs to get cracking on this, pronto!

I'm confused. First you say But then you say....... LOL WUT? What I mean is he is not nearly important enough to be a PC, but if they gave him some importance as a villain or something, THEN he might get in SSB4. He actually has been a villain in one game, Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. Excerpt below copied from Wikipedia article on Waluigi.

Yeah, but he had no background, no special abilities, and no given reason as to why he was there. And it still counts as a sports spinoff.

You need those things in order to be awesome. Or at least awesome enough to be playable in SSB.

Not to mention that Waluigi wasn't even the main villain. He was just the first boss. Both Wario and Bowser ended up playing bigger roles than he did.

Waluig as an AT...I am NOT surprised one bit. I knew he would NEVER be playable and I'm right.... finally! This is my second time I'm right about something in Brawl. The first one was Ness being replaced by Lucas.

Tingle was technically more major than Waluigi, as he debuted as a comic relief character in a core Zelda game. Waluigi was a filler character for a tennis spin-off.

Tingle's debut game gave him an incredibly minor role. He was the map shop, and he never appeared outside of that context (except during the ending, when he showered confetti on the wedding). He had few lines, and it was possible to go through the entire game without talking to, or even noticing him (seriously, I know somebody who didn't).
Waluigi, on the other hand, was the most memorable part of his debut game's intro movie. You guys afraid of Waluigi?

Tingle's first game was minor, but was an important part in TWW and has his own game, which Waluigi does not.
