Well my SNES is grey, dark grey with colourful buttons. Not purple and greyish-pink, which makes it all kinds of Super-Gay!

And ROB does not look anything like Sukapon. Sukapon is way too pink. |

Yeah, I'm totally not convinced by the Magic Armour as it's more red and gold, while Link's alt tunic is totally yellow. I'm gonna stick with the yellow "beta" tunic for now.

Found the cameo for gold Link.
In Twilight Princess, when ever you drink a Great Fairy Tear or Rare Chu Jelly, you'll turn gold briefly. I think that's where it comes from.
(To get a Fairy Tear easily, just get 20 poes from the golden guy. Don't remember his name).
EDIT:On Pokemon Trainer, the last ones have the colors of what they looked like on the Gameboy Color. Not sure about PKMN Trainer himself. Dedede's brown correlates with shading (his rode had a brown look in the game) but I'm not so sure about this one.
