Is anyone getting excited about this one yet? You should be, check out this link: uk.wii.ign.com/articles/906/906954p1.htmlAction adventure, split up by sections of on-rails shooting, level-up your character, extra modes like high-score and challenge mode, and its out in October in Europe! Is this a "mature" Nintendo game? I think it is!

Interesting... Another game Europe gets first. Could the tides be shifting? (pun partially intended)

Well well well, this is a change on many levels. Early for Europe, Mature for Nintendo, but will Nintendo be able to pull off making this game, based on the tone of pretty much all their games? Either way, i might not buy it. Mature games just don't fit my niche. [EDIT]: Come to think of it, Nintendo has made an M game before. Whoever guesses what I'm thinking gets a cookie from my magical bottomless cookie jar

Geist and/or Eternal Darkness. Hopefully you're thinking of the latter.

This game sounded extremely interesting when it was announced. I am glad to see it finally getting near completion. ^_^

I have to point this out that I posted this release date in the "game announcements" thread but it doesn't really matter being only more than month away from release.
I think this game will probably get a "T" rating in NA as the Australian rating was for "M" and I think that equates to a T in NA. (example Metroid Prime 3: Courruption got an M down here but was released in NA with a T).
Also I'm liking the sound of the "unlockable costumes", I wonder if they could be like thos "certain unlockable costumes" in Fatal Frame IV.

I've preordered the jpn version but I may cancel it later. I'm not convinced yet.

Geist and/or Eternal Darkness. Hopefully you're thinking of the latter. Lets not forget Sin and Punishment (I think. Not sure off the top of my head but from what I hear about these rivers of blood.......) But usually Nintendo never makes these M games themselves. Someone else does.

Still don't know what to make of it. Looks pretty good, I'm liking that the characters have (english) voices (with Japanese subtitles reminds me of what Sin & Punishment did). I'm still interested in this game. Seems like there trying to make it like an action movie/game. The only thing I find weird is the arrow pointing at the main character (I think his name is Ray) in the commerical. I need to point this out but in the 2 years this game has been around for (May E3 2006- September - October 2008) there is more video footage of the game in action in that above commerical then there has been since the 20 seconds of footage from E3 2006 (and that stuff wasn't even gameplay footage).

Sin&Punishment is probably T rated only because the graphics are dated now. The game's pretty damn violent, if it's getting a sequel (pleeeeeeease Treasure), it'll be M rated. Achi's blood sharing, revivals of soldiers, the freaking enemies (don't get me started on the burrowing seekers in the Long Island part), AND the disturbing use of mutant spider Ruffian remains. Survival, yes, but disturbing.
Still can't wait for Disaster. Really good-looking game.

It has a rating, just not sure what it is (and I'm lazy, go figure) Also, I wasn't as interested in this game as HAMMER.
