As for why Baby Mario is in the game? Partners in Time (and Yoshi's Island DS) gave us the perfect get-out clause - warp holes between the past and present. That leads one to question when the events of Partners in Time took place in relation to the spin offs. It wasn't released until after most of them, you know.

But its a time machine. So the answer is they went back in time using the time machine and brought the time machine with them. That's an easy one, troll harder please.

Anyone who argues that a time machine doesn't work chronologically needs kicking in the balls for lack of brain-use. FACT!

And didn't we also come to the conclusion that Bowser Jr. and Baby Bowser were one and the same?

No. Baby Bowser is Bowser as a baby. Bowser Jr. is Bowser's son. Where did you get that from?

Becaus Baby Bowser traveled forward in time and pretended to be his son.

It's of course nonsense.
Though when you consider Baby Bowser's appearance in Partners in Time...

Bowser Jr. is just the spitting image of his father... but that of course also fuels my clone theory.

I suppose it stands to reason that James McCloud cloned himself as well. Fictional offspring tend to have a high chance of resembling their parents. That's just the way it happens.

Hey, it's just a fan-made theory. I mean, in Bowser Jr.'s case, even his personality is exactly like that of Baby Bowser. Fox on the other hand probably got some of his personality traits from his mother. He did take some time to fill his father's shoes completely, right? Does... "You're becoming more like your father" -Peppy ...ring a bell?

Yes, becoming more like his father as he completed his path of clonehood. Fox is so obviously a clone it's not even funny.
Boba Fett wasn't exactly like his father. It took him awhile to get there and even then he didn't succeed (compare Boba Fett's comedy death to Jango Fett's beheading).

I'm not saying there isn't anything wrong with having a fan theory, but I think it's kind of silly when people try to justify the Koopalings as being Bowser's only real children when ultimately it's debatable that they are even his kids at all.
