Oh, I'm definitely going for Silver. I got Silver while my sister got Gold, so I think I'm gonna keep the tradition.
This is so refreshing. In my opinion the Gameboy Advance was a horrible system for Pokemon games. Just something about the character sprites being so tiny...

Good to hear this is finally true, and the names are quite fitting as well. I really want to hear more details about the games though, like what's new, what's returned, what's been updated.

Well, there's already "Platinum" which I guess also works as third counterpart to Gold and Silver.
And only sissy kids would prefer ladybugs instead of spiders!!

I'm not too keen on the names to be honest. FireRed and LeafGreen sounded OK (since fire is red and leaves are green), but WTF does Heart and Soul have to do with precious metals?
Anyway, I'm going for the Silver version, simply because my original GBC Silver kept erasing itself (due to the clock function eating up all the power of the internal battery.

After Stadium 2/Crystal, I left the series. I still wanted to go back but the newer games just lacked the punch. I told my friends all the time if GSC was remade I'd return.
