Pretty sweet tunes there
Famitsu's review scores are pretty worthless nowadays, but all these trailers show that the game's jam packed with content. Finally gonna get me a 3DS to play this baby
I just hope there's more than 4 or so levels to play through for singleplayer. Grinding for weapons is only fun for so long

Earlier today, an editor from IGN was answering questions about the game and he said that the single player is about 12 hours long. I don't think you need to worry about length.

I heard the Studio 4C anime episode (the one about Medusa) was available yesterday, has anyone here seen it? Of all the three KI anime episodes Studio 4C's is the one I look forward to the most. Production I.G's one was alright but could have been better. I'm not familiar with Shaft, never seen their work before as far as I can recall so I don't know what to expect of their KI episodes, other then what seems will be good comedy and most likely fanservice (I remember someone here mention that Shaft loves fanservice).

I've seen it. It looks pretty interesting. Wonder if these shorts will be canon?
EDIT: Thought it was in parts. Looks like that was the whole thing.

I did watch Medusa's Revenge, it had beautiful art, but the story was lacking. It didn't really explain anything, it was just:
Medusa conquered Angel Land Pit defeat her She came back Palutena orders Pit to fight her End
One thing that surprised me is how violent the short is. It's not graphic or disturbing to me, but it's odd seeing Medusa petrifying and killing people.

Part 1 of Palutena's Revolting Dinner is now up, surprisingly it replaced Thanatos Rising Part 2. It's pretty funny and put's Palutena right in the spotlight. Also, for those of you who can't get more AR cards, here is a site scanning all the cards that they can get. www.nintendofuse.com/?p=39551

Mr. Peepers? [citation needed]
Edit Okay, I read that article and went off and read its sources. Its sources don't call the Duck Hunt dog "Mr. Peepers" anywhere. Was it just pulled out of thin air? Based on something fan-made? An error? After all, there's a few errors in it...

I never heard of Mr. Peepers before either. Perhaps you should send them an email and end this mystery before it becomes another internet myth.

Tried Tweeting NWR, but no response yet. The only source I can find is that one feature

Mr. Peepers? I don't see anything about Mr. Peepers in the article. Could you guys point out where you see that confounding name?

It was in THAT sentence. They have since removed it. Perhaps the badgering helped

Osawa also infused the project with his sense of dark humor, which can be seen through both the bizarre characters found in Kid Icarus and even Pit's infamous death cry, “I'm finished!” For instance, the Eggplant Wizard was inspired partly by Osawa's “passion for eggplants,” and the eggplant masks found in Wrecking Crew, but Osawa also says he drew it in celebration of having received his summer bonus. Needless to say, the rest of the team didn't consider an eggplant-wielding wizard strange at all.
And so that's why it's eggplants . . .
In addition, Specknose, the Groucho Marx-glasses monster, was inspired by the large-nosed visage of Hirokazu Tanaka, the game's composer.

Damn, reading that part about him sleeping there, tossing aside his honeymoon... I heard about the Japanese work ethic but this is ridiculous.
I don't know if I mentioned this before but ever noticed how the bow doesn't seem to be his main weapon in this game? Its that blade thing he's always seen using!

Yeah, that really pisses me off. He's pit! He's always used a bow! Why a blade?
He does use the bow on the cover though. Maybe it has a special role in the game?
