If we ae going back to Pre-playstation days with Jelly boy/smartball, then why not include in there Chuck Rock? ... But seriously, for this game to avoid looking to grin and drab, they need to go back to the Playstation 1 days and bring a couple of franchises, they are more interesting that "guy from Killzone" and "Flaming clown guy" (hope Parapa isnt the only one) they DO need to try to get Crash, spyro and Lara Croft in there, those guys represented the Playstation brand back then (I know they are 3rd party, but are Sony guys forever in my mind, and the rights for Crash might be cheap right now). Also, if they start going for 3rd parties, this migth become interesting as im pretty sure that if some character, like lets say Snake apears in this he might be banned from apering in the next Smash so this could turn into a race to se who grabs the best 3rd parties for theis Brawl. In my opinion, for Sony:
Crash Spyro Lara Croft Solid Snake
(those mean playstation to me, even if 3rd parties)
For Nintendo
Megaman Simon Belmont Ryu Hayabusha
(those along with the TMNT were the Nes for me)

Well, even Smash Bros. wasn't Snake's first time in a crossover fighter. He was in that one with Optimus Prime, whatever it was called. I wouldn't be surprised if he was in this, too.
Is MediEvil considered a rare game? I remember it being pretty big over here, but now that I think of it, it was pretty British.

Yeah! that crossover between Konami, Hudson and Bandai (I dont remember the name) but that wasn´t console exclusive, it came for both the Gamecube and the PS2. I remember Medievil being quite mentioned on the playstation era, and it got a remade por fot PSP, so they still remember the franchise.

The first MediEvil isn't really a rare game, and it did pretty good for what it was. The second, though, didn't do so hot. It's not even on the PSN yet.

Man, I didn't even know there WAS a Medievil 2. Mind friggen' blown.
There's no doubt Snake will pop up in this one. If it's up to Kojima anyway, dude loves the crossovers. I'd say Gabriel Belmont from Lords of Shadow has a pretty decent chance of popping up too.
They're probably focusing on the latest and relevant franchises for the Playstation. So as much as I'd love old school shit like Tomba appearing I have a feeling Parappa the Rapper is about the only ''old school'' character making a playable appearance here.

It's a pretty important part of the system. And he's plenty interesting if you've actually paid attention to to the series. Especially Black.

I'm not so hot on the gameplay. That you can ONLY kill using Supers just screams "TURTLE FIGHTER!"

As nobody updated this (and I'm actually interested in this game), Nathan Drake and Big Daddy were confirmed playable characters for the game at Sony's conference. Outside of that, I also drew who I think should be in it.

That's awesome! But no Crash Bandicoot? That makes me sad...

Maybe it's not the entire roster being leaked here. It's also missing the previous revealed characters so hey who knows?
Dark Cole? Pretty lame, especially since Cole is a super bland character. But hell yes, Sir Dan all the way
