Hopefully all this wasn't already known, but here's a magazine scan from Famitsu that reveals a few details: Producer: Hisashi Koinuma, Yosuke Hayashi Supervisor: Eiji Aonuma Developer: ω-Force・Team NINJA Link sets off to rescue Princess Zelda, who has been kidnapped by the evil witch Shia. The magazine introduces Link, Impa, Shia, and some of her minions (whose names start with 'Va' and 'Wi'). Location includes Hyrule Field Interview with Koinuma, Hayashi, and Aonuma. Says there's some unexpected playable characters. And the exact Japanese release date is August 14. Think they'll keep the name "Hyrule Warriors" for the Western release, or do you think they'll announce a new one at E3?

They'll probably keep the name. It's known that way among fans, and is more or less in line with the Japanese "Zelda Musou".
Also, Team NINJA? I feel… mixed.

This is all very new Nester, especially the Team Ninja involvement. Also looks like everyone nailed Impa from the ye olde debut trailer.
As for the name, I think; The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Warriors is the way to go. Zelda fans will make or break this game, so it needs a name to reach out to them.

Let's see. I'm not reeeally a fan of Team Ninja. Let's look up Hisashi Koinuma.
Well, at least he had some input on Pirate Warriors 2. But new villains? Dang. Let's hope we'll still see old ones.

New screenshots....Yeah, that's Team Ninja, all right. Hayashi-era Team Ninja is a mere shadow of Itagaki-era TN, but for some reason, I'm not really worried about it.

I like the guy with the Volvagia-themed helmet.

Varuga does look really cool, as does Impa. I also wouldn't say Shia looks Team Ninja, there are plenty of Omega Force characters with similar design styles.

I've been wondering if one of them will by Ryu Hayabusa. I know it would be thematically inconsistent, but being that it's developed by Team Ninja, I thought they might stick a cameo in there.

If there is a crossover character, I would assume it would be a Musou character. Some of those characters are so popular, fans will literally buy anything with their faces on it.
