I've actually seen a lot of people talking about Agitha for this game. It seems random, but a lot of people liked her.

Yosuke Hayashi said he's a big fan of Tingle and his spinoff games, so I think he has a very good chance of being playable.

I would like to see Kafei make an appearance. There's clearly Majora's Mask-related stuff here, and there'd be something satisfying about seeing the second playable character in the series be playable again. I don't know what his chances are, though I doubt they're high, but I can hope, I can dream, and most importantly, I can whine like a dog if he doesn't appear as if anyone will actually care. =P

I've never really thought about it, but yeah, Kaffei was the first non-Link playable, wasn't he? Unless you count those BS Zeldas.

Zant is in the game in some form. Probably just a boss but he might end up playable... If only TEi was still around here... He'd bitch about Cia's tits.

Cia looks ridiculous, like a drag queen. It's awesome. Also, I just realized that Link is the only playable dude so far.

While there's certainly a pretty even ratio of male to female named characters in the Zelda series, as far as characters who've really caught the fandom's attention, it's dominantly the ladies. It's weird, as if there's something in the Hyrulean water supply that makes the guys dull and uninteresting while making the ladies incredibly fascinating. |
