I dunno... we're kinda using both at the moment.
SNAAAAAAKE!!
That does look like a Metal Gear level, but it might just be a metallic corridor stage/bonus stage that they used for his screenshot. They did that quite a lot with SSBM.
Of course, it might be a MGS facility stage. Good stuff. I'll add it to the page later on.

I wish we would see more. This gives us nothing beside Snake is there and there is a Metal gear course. I'd like another movie thank you.

What is with you kids and your complete lack of patience. It was only announced half a month ago, and already you're grumbling that there's hardly any new information.
You're lucky there's a website at all. Do you see a website for any other Wii games yet? All we know is that nearly every week we are likely to get something - whether it's something we already know, or something brand new, we just don't know. But it's always nice to have something rather than nothing.
Pfft... kids... don't know you're born.

...actually, it would seem, according to the translations of the Japanese site, that the character polls are closing on the ninth and then Sakurai will go and focus entirely on developing, not updating the website.
Not sure if that would apply to the the US site, though - I'm sure they could throw together pages for the returning characters to keep fanboys busy for a little while.

Pfft... kids... don't know you're born. What do you mean "born?" ;D Anyway, any information is good. Using these fundamental facts, we can deduce anything we want. Elementary, my dear Smashchu. Elementary.

Actually, I'm kind of wondering about something. In the previous Smash Bros games, the vocal samples during gameplay were the Japanese voices. However, in Melee, the cut scenes with Star Fox were in English (with the Star Fox Adventures cast, it seems). I wonder why they didn't change Fox's and Falco's voices to English for the gameplay. What I'm getting at is that Snake's voice in the Brawl trailer is obviously the Japanese actor. Does that mean we won't get to hear David Hayter's trademark Solid Snake voice in the game? And on a seperate note, now that Snake is an official Smash Brother, are any of you planning to track down a copy of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes for you Gamecube collection? Y'know, just to be able to play as him in his natural environment? (It was a Third Party 'Cube Game of the Week, after all. )

I think I once heard somewhere that Meta Knight 's voice in Brawl is going to be done by the guy who does his voice for the Kirby anime.... and I think by that they meant that cool psudeo-Spanish accent he has in the american anime...so maybe we'll get to hear Snake's American voice as well....but I'm just kind of making a random guess....

God, I hope not. The only thing that ruined that anime more than Meta Knight's voice was King Dedede's voice.
