I rather like this new style. It's pretty reminiscent of the Wii Shop menu.

I guess Nintendo's interface design is rubbing off on me

I made a few more tweaks to the gamelists in the Nintendo 3DS section. The games are listed in order of their original release (as they used to be), but can be sorted by name and release date. Oh, and they have cute little thumbnail pics with them It's all about experimenting with things and seeing if they're a good idea further down the line. I prefer this to the category lists now... mainly because it's one less list I have to keep up to date

Great update, and I must say I love the new style!
One thing that I feel could be improved though, is the long list of release information on most of these older games. Maybe you could only show the first release date as default, and by pressing a "show all" button it expands and shows release dates for all regions and all platforms.
It's a minor thing, and maybe I'm the only on who think it's a problem. However, design wise I feel like the release information takes far too much space.

It does take a lot of space for the older games. That's one of the reasons I wanted to move it from the top area and make sure there was some content up there at the top. I can look into a Show All button though as it does makes sense.

You may be wondering "What's going on with NinDB, Fry, you lazy bastard!?"
Well, you may have seen the more recent layout for gamepages being slowly rolled out.
Well, following Ville10's valid point that bits of the game pages are too big, I have been installing an open/close bit of script to the various game page elements.
But that's not all.
I have also been working to reinstate the Easter Eggs, and combining remakes with originals with a new padded-out section on alternative versions. A small handful of these will also point to their own game pages (e.g. Zero Mission, FireRed/LeafGreen and others where the remake is more than a reskinning).
This has meant another large rebuild. But don't worry, the majority of the existing content has already been prepared, and now I just need to reformat all the old Easter Eggs to fit the new format.
In unrelated news where the hell is everybody? This forum has been in a coma for about a week!

Good work on the new lay out. I dig it.

The large rebuild has taken a slightly different turn. I've set aside the Easter Eggs for now as they were turning into a separate monster of a tasks. The updates that are a-comin' include: - The site navigation is being reverted to a menu on the right-hand side as the simplified navigation is making it difficult to find certain information easily. 100% Complete
- Ports and remakes are being merged with their origins (for extremely different remakes, e.g. Metroid Zero Mission, this will not occur). 100% Complete
- Completely updated the game series section 90% Complete - Still need to finish Mario series and navigation
- Added series navigation to each gamepage. 50% Complete - This is a quick task once the rest is done
- Finish the Smash Bros. cameo guides 85-90% Complete - Stickers and some Brawl content to be written, then they're finished
As for what comes next... - Next big job is to bring the rest of the game pages into the new format, including writing intros for any pages missing them. Any pages that have been merged have been updated to the new format, so quite a lot of the site is done.
- Need to upload Wii Channels and DS Built-in software. This will most likely be done alongside the above... If not for the current update.
- Need to finish indexing the cameos to create cameos-by-series lists. These are well under way, but still require quite a lot of work, so I expect I'll upload them separately.

Hey guyz! I actually managed to update something when I said I would! There's been a lot of changes since yesterday: - SSB, SSBM and SSBB cameo guides are all online. There's a few omissions that I will work on (alt. costumes, misc cameos) but the main meat of the guides is there. Characters, Stages, Items, Music, Trophies, Stickers... Lots of stuff!
- The site navigation has been overhauled. "Overhauled, you say? Looks very similar to the OLD site navigation!" Oh all right, you got me. But the narrow bar at the top was getting full, and in a couple of weeks I'll stick a Search bar up top there (takes a while for Google to index the site properly)
- Series pages have all been updated, and new series navigation has been added to every game page.
- Ports & Remakes have been merged with the original versions of the games, except where the remake is extremely different (Zero Mission). I have also merged some VS. Multisystem games with their NES counterparts.
- All NES and Game Boy game pages have been updated to the new format. This was a fairly last-minute decision and it didn't take long, so expect the rest of the game pages to follow suit soon.
- Lots of small fixes occurred across the site. Especially the Onigashima/Yuuyuuki walkthroughs which were fairly broken after a few site changes. They're all fixed now.
It's all online! Go see!

Nice! I can see why it took so long. Brawl's Sonic stickers are bizarre. I guess they just threw in the character's debut as the game title because all of the stickers (except the Classic Sonic and the Secret Rings ones) were originally for the character bios on the official Japanese site, so they don't actually correspond to any game. You have the Sonic and Eggman stickers listed under the 2006 version of Sonic the Hedgehog, Fry. It seems more likely they were referring to the 1991 version, since that's the debut of both characters.

I think I filed them there before I realised the artwork was named after the debut appearance. I shall remedy this.

Hey Fry,
Were you able to make use of the screenshots I sent you for Brawl? There was a bunch for moves, assists/Pokemon and stuff, but I don't recall if you said you received them. I still have them on my PC if you'd like any of them for any reason.

Hey Fry, in Melee you have listed for the Screw Attack item "The Screw Attack item gives Samus a devastating jump attack in the Smash Bros. series, destroying anything in its path. In Smash Bros., this item is carried, giving the holder the same damaging somersault." I think you mean Metroid series

Very nice, but I've noticed some mistakes.
Under Fire Emblem trophies, you have the pictures for Ashnard and The Black Knight switched.
Also under the Black Knight, you should include a note that mentions that in the English versions of Fire Emblem, his sword is Alondite, in Japan it is Ettard like the trophy states.
Also under Roy's and Lyn's profiles from Melee and Brawl you have them listed as heirs to the Lycian throne. They are both Lycians, but Lycia doesn't have it's own throne. Roy is the Prince of Pherae, and Lyn is the Princess of Caelin.
